Roominate, an educational building set toy for girls between 6 and 12 years has been voted as one of the toys to look out for in 2015. This toy was designed by Alice Brooks and Bettina Chen who met up and became friends while studying engineering at Stanford University. The focus of Roominate is to help girls become more interested in science and technology from a young age. This toy has assisted many girls in building up a liking in science.
